Browsing and contact

The website does not offer user accounts, forms, subscriptions or payments. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and engagement with the site. Its infrastructure may process your IP address, connection date and time, browser details and technical logs to serve pages and protect the service. If you write to us, we process your email address, message content and any documents you choose to attach to address your enquiry or proposal.

Legal basis

Site security and operation, and responding to general enquiries, rely on our legitimate interests. Where a proposal involves steps before entering a contract, processing serves that request. Applicable legal obligations provide a separate legal basis. Audience analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Retention and cookies

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to address them and maintain the resulting relationship; afterwards, only where a legal obligation applies or retention is necessary to address liabilities. Infrastructure logs follow the relevant service retention periods. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. It uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions, with a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days and no automatic renewal. We save your acceptance or rejection in browser local storage for 180 days. You can change it in the footer; withdrawing consent disables measurement and deletes accessible analytics cookies on this domain. Infrastructure may use mechanisms necessary for security and access.

Analytics data

After acceptance, Google receives pages visited, technical browser and device data, and cookie identifiers. Our integration strips query strings and fragments from URLs it sends. We do not send names, email addresses or investment-account data; Google Signals, advertising personalisation and enhanced measurement are not enabled. User-level and event-level data is retained for 2 months in Analytics; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to the content.

Providers and international processing

The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and email forwarding, Google Gmail to receive enquiries, and Google Analytics for consent-based audience measurement. NextGenMarket LLC is established in the United States and these providers operate internationally, so processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Rights and changes

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data at privacidad@hidraresearch.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

This information will be updated if the site’s providers, features or processing activities change. We do not use enquiries to subscribe senders to marketing communications.
